Future Industries presented ‘Tribe of Many Colors: Paintings by Prodip’ at the Hong Kong Museum of Medical Sciences in Sheung Wan. The exhibition was part of a joint show where Prodip’s work was exhibited in the annex of the museum while Simon Birch’s ‘Laughing with a Mouth Full of Blood’ exhibition was housed in the main museum building.  Prodip, best known for his work with the controversial Cantonese hip hop group LMF, is a Hong-Kong based painter, illustrator and graphic designer.  His paintings are a combination of both figurative works and landscapes, using a variety of mediums, from wood and paper to acrylic on canvas.   ‘Tribe of Many Colors’ was Prodip’s first solo exhibition of paintings.
